As of 10 minutes ago, there were 4 co-angler spots left for next weeks FLW on Green Bay. I signed up yesterday when I heard there were still spots available.

I think there are 132 pro’s and 128 co’s signed up. Should be a fun derby.

That should be a fun time Adam. Hope you get some good weather and fishing in. With that many boats and the potentially huge bags I think the FLW needs to increase the day 3 field!

FLW has posted some great numbers so far this year and it definetly looks like the industry is on the upswing.

Good luck to those who are attending, which I could be there!

I fished an FLW event on Green Bay in 2008 as a co. It was rough, but I had a blast. Open water trolling with spinners was completely new to me, so I learned alot. Have fun! I’m jealous! I’ll be fishing the MTT on Winnie. I suppose I could fish Thursday and Friday and drive all night to Winnie.

That’s the main reason why I’m dying to get out there Fife. I know nothing about that style of fishing and an event like this would definetly ease the learning curve.

Yep, it will be a great learning experience, I’ve never been to any of the Great lakes to fish for Walleyes before and the techniques will be way outside my box for sure.

Thank you for the good wishes, Adam

We fished Oconto back on the first week of June and although the bite was a couple week behind at that point should be in full swing by tourney time. What a great fishery with lots of places to fish both north and south of Oconto. Get ready for some boards to buck!

    Go get’em boys!!

    They’re up to a 137 boats – and still need 4 co-anglers.

I seen this morning that Keith Kavajecz has a video update on his pre-fishing out at Green Bay and hooked into a good size musky trolling flicker shads.

Keith has been very good at giving daily prefish updates and tourney updates for both AIM & FLW tournaments on Facebook, Next Bite, etc…

    I really enjoy them.

What a great couple days of fishing. Learned a ton out there. A triple on boards is quite a fire drill, then when all 3 fish are in the boat and the 4th board drops back….It adds to the chaos.
