Looks like a great day down there. That’s going to be tough for anyone to catch Tommy after a day 1 like that.

Brett sure seems to be on them this season.

It just goes to show how well the slot is working down here. Seven years ago a bag like Tommy’s would have been just a pipe dream. I hope they never lift it.

Yes, slots are good everywhere. Go Tommy, you still know your home water.

Tommy no longer out of reach. Brett needs one more limit and I bet he will cash in top 3.

Local guys rolling with the punches—hard to beat a river guy. This tournament certainly seperated the men from the boys. Great job to everyone who found fish during a WAY TOUGH bite. Bet after what these guys learned down there they are chomping at the bit to get back there one day. Would hate to see how that fishery is on a good day! Think AIM will be back in Dubuque!

thanks for watching guys it`s really cool to have support. Yes the Dubuque area is an amazing and very complex part of the river and I believe under normal water this place could rival the upper pools.I had a blast down there trying to figure out a new stretch of the river and learned a ton as always. We had a excellent group of local anglers that knew system well and were to go with the changing conditions we were faced with. We went from falling water back to a muddy 2 foot rise through the tourney days. Would have liked to finished alittle higher in the end but that`s fishing. Thanks again for watching.

The way your boy was throwing those Tee-Shirts, you just might have a major league pitcher in the making. I just wish I would have caught one.LOL
