I went fishing on Wed 3/16 in Mitch’s boat. It was his boat’s first time out this year so he was destined to be the lucky one. Mitch jigged up this fine fish on a plastic for a quick picture, then immediately returned her to the water. I noticed he had a tight grip on her so she would not wiggle out of his hands before the picture was taken.

Great job Mitch catching that beautiful fish.

She hit a silver glitter jig and 2.25 paddle tail and taped out at 27”. Great day out on the water but it seemed more like a weekend with all the boats out on this 50 degree day. Drew I wondered where you guys headed to, sorry to hear about the motor problems. Hope you get it fixed soon, see ya on the water. Thanks Dave for posting the picture and a great net job.
