This is the second of two reports, the other is in the report section, Well yesterday they were deep today only about 18 feet. A group of sheebas together today. I brought one into the boat (hooked in the mouth) for a length girth calculation and it was 6.09#. and smallest was 2.5#. At first they were biting and then I snagged a couple , So I got out of there before I killed one. All full of eggs and looking like footballs. I put one more piece of the puzzle together today. The fish yesterday and today were all over rocky rubble. Rocks were about the size of your fist to twice that size, and both days there was steady current in their faces. (If it sounds like spawning territory, your right it is.) Clam beds, flats and out of the current holes are real slow right now. Still no Sauger??????Lawrence- Ocooch Mountains Fishing Guides- [email protected]
