Cool! Looking for a motor for my new/old Blue Fin!

I hope the weather holds out to spend the three days after Thanksgiving fishing and frolicking around the Resort!

You said you were going on a health kick, ditch the motor idea and just use oars.

Heading up to Evert’s next week, and still learning P4. Does lowering the gates lead to better chances catching some eyes/saugers?

It gives you more fishable water.

As long as you man those oars big guy!

I was surprised to see so many fish being caught with the rollers up. Should be a good weekend now they are down.

How did fishing go yesterday Dean? I saw you guys out there on my way in. I was gonna stop by and say hi, but figured I might get hit with a Frabill if i did

LOL…lots of fish, fun, laughs and great weather. And I even got to catch a few myself!

Actually, the rollers up is not necessarily a bad thing, way more areas to fish, less boat pressure, and multiple presentations are very effective in the transition areas!

Agreed, let the rat race ensue. It was sure nice this week with everybody spread out a little.

It WAS very nice to see so few boats both days last weekend and although I’m sure I learned some new things having to try different presentations, I’ll be happy to have methods and places to fish that I’m more confident with

I think it would be really cool to hire a guide in conditions like there was.

Dean, we’ll be down your way to visit and fish in good time…once the water hardens up here on P2. Now that my fall home improvement project has transitioned to a putzier stage, my fall fishing trips are going to get much more frequent. Last weekend sure was fun up here.
