    Quick P2 update from today.

    Mike W and I hit the water in his boat out of Willies and headed into several back water cuts. Trolling current brakes with lots of flow. Here is a double up trolling shot with tag team video! Always have fun fishing with Mike.

    Yes, Mike’s fish was the bigger one!

    Thanks for posting those Jon. That fish on the right is a little longer but weight wise I would bet they are pretty close.

    Fun day on the river. There is just something about getting out in high water. We spent about half our time yesterday checking out spots that are tough to get to in low water conditions.

    I still have trip openings for this fall. The some of the best fishing of the year is still to come on pool 2. If anyone is interested in going just give me a call or send me a PM.

    Very nice guys. It was quite a day to be fishing. Its gonna be a great fall on P2. The highlight of the day was the “free” beer at Willie’s…and shooting the bull with the P2 regulars. I wish they had beer at all the landings.

    Nice to finally meet you out there Jon! I’m heading out again here in an hour or so…after I finish canning Pap’s Iranian secret nuclear reactor hot pepper relish.

    It was a very fun weekend Jack. Saturday was some fantastic fishing and Sunday was even better. Lots of big fish. Should have more photos up maybe later today.
