In fact it is so full of grass floating down if you had a pair of snow shoes you can walk across the main channel.
Other than that and the level is up, flow rate is up and it is real dirty, the river is just great. 
The results from todays outing was 0 – keeper walleye and 3 – catfish. Better fishing than having to work. 
Don’t look for it to get better anytime soon. This by far has to be the worst it’s been in years. 
Don’t feel bad. We are having some problems in the St Croix near the twin cities as well. Not as bad I’m sure, but annoying.
Did you take the old man with you, or is he too busy being retired??? He’s missing out on lots of fun at the old 3M plant.

As you can see the grass is bad. We had to go to Albany and put in because the grass and foam was so thick right were we put in. Iam sure it will all be gone in a few weeks. Hope so. gary
