My trips on the water this spring have been less than consistent so today was a nice opportunity to spend some time with Kristie and Dad in the boat. Talk about perfect weather! Low winds, low humidity, and sunshine made for a great morning; regardless of the fishing.
For the last several years Kristie’s worked 2 jobs, 7days/wk during the summer. Needless to say, she’s had very little free time to enjoy the river and what we all take for granted.
Primarily trolling main channel shorelines and pitching a few small and select wingdams brought in our fish today.
