i am heading out to pool 9 by the desoto area. and i am wondering if anyone has been picking up wally on wingdams lately? went a couple weeks ago with no luck on twister tails and swim baits. going to use some live bait this time around.
any tips would be great. thanks.

If I were going to spend some time on the P9 waters this weekend ~ Plan A would be to pull some live bait along main channel breaks and wings 
I was up there a couple weeks ago and they were not on the wing dams yet. A heck of a storm went through for 2 days just before we got there. Winds were screaming at 30 mph when we got on the water. We did find some fish on deep water bends. Let us know how you did because I’ll be back the 1st week of June.

there was a tourny going on so my wings were being used. 
but just got one. then i fowled my plugs on my kicker so my back water trolling idea went south. will be going out sundy. hopefully not so many boats on the water.
