    Are there rules/regs that limit the use of treble hooks(jigging rap) or stinger hooks on leadhead jigs in Minnesota waters? How about the swedish pimple with a treble instead of a single hook? That isn’t an issue here in Iowa…

    Both those scenarios are legal here in WI and MN…..as long as the treble hook is part of a “lure” it’s legal. A plain treble tied direct to the line is not legal…..If I am interpreting the regs correctly.

    I can’t! This site is addicting!!! And way too much fun!!! And I enjoy learning things about fishing from everyone on the site and its only fair that I share back what I learn. But I will promise to spend alot more time on the open water this year which means you won’t have to put up with me as much on here. But then we will look forward to you posting more to cover some of the slack. Ok? Thanks, Bill
