    Made it out for about 4 hours today. THe water is on the rise with a very swift current. Only managed to catch 4 walleyes and one mooneye. One of the walleyes was oozing just a tad. Water temp was around 39 degrees when we left. Did not see hardly any fish landed. Not to bad for debris floating but lots of ice chunks going down river. For those wanting to know it looked liked the ice slab in the lower landing at Dresbach was on its way out when we left. The end…

    I also went out for about 7 hours today, pretty much same report as targaman. 5 short walleye, 2 sauger. All on purple ringie with white tail. None on meat. Tried both about equal time each. Targaman is correct, lower landing was wide open when I left. Forgot boots this am, had to strip to my knees (from the feet up ) to put the boat in at 6:00 am. Ice chunks banging my knees. With south ramp open shouldn’t have to do that again (at least this year.)I had 40.5 degrees, but I was in playing in the willows…
