    It’s open from the tailwaters all the way down past Lansing ~ which is as far south as I’ve ventured. MN slough is still locked up but it’s a matter of days before a guy will be able to get up to the S curve. You can access the chute behind Battle Island which leads up to the confluence of Upper IA.
