Ice to the short wall. Hoping the rain does some major damage to it!

All I need is an airboat to break up the ice from the Dresbach landing to about a mile north of Dakota and I’ll be good to go.

Went by there on Friday yup ice to the short wall and only open about 1/4 mile below dam. They were still ice fishing right off the end of the short wall.

Last I heard Weds night, it was still frozen but starting to deteriorate. Ice about to the long wall, with it starting to break up at the shore a little. I’m hoping to hear today as well if any of the launch’s are open.

Still some ice chunks by the docks.Bay still has ice, that stuff tends to end up fouling the landing area.

Hopefully it is not gates up in a week or two. Then game over.

I’ve been told by 3 different people that 7th street is open, and that’s how they’re getting to the dam. Targa, you only like Wisconsin River eyes, why would you want to mess with Mississippi River fish?

I like to mess around with both strains. Today it was pool 8, tomorrow it will be the good ol wisconsin river. 7th street is indeed open as well as the launch at the dam now.
