Genoa to Lynxville???

    Any boat ramps open between Genoa to Lynxville??? I got the itch to get the boat in. Any info would be great. Thanks.

    Power plant at Genoa might be open but it is still ice below dam there. Everything else is froze again now. They are still on the ice below Lock 9 too.
