Does anyone have any info on obtaining a OUPV liscense for the mississippi I fish on pool #14 and would like to start a guiding sevice following all the rules. Info would be greatly appreciated.

There’s a file that’s down loadable on Gary’s site that has all the forms that you need. Once you’ve had a chance to review them, give Gary a call with your questions.
On line might be a way for you to go if there isn’t a class close to you. Otherwise take some time off, bring your boat up to P4 and fish out of Everts.
Feb 24 is the next class date and a great time for P4 fishing!
