Brought a buddy down to Everts today for his first time below the dam.  Didn’t take more than 5 minutes and we had a fish in the boat. We only had about 3 hours to fish, but ended up with 26 fish. We kept 12 nice 14-17 inchers for the hot grease release! Thanks Dean for the tips and I can’t wait to get back.  I usually preferr braided line, but Dean hooked me up with some of that Cortland mono and it performed very well. Jigs and small plastics were all we needed today!

Nice job HappyC….we’re gonna give them chase tomorrow. 10 boats total makes that area pretty awesome to fish…enough elbow room for everybody.

Good work and looks like a good time! We were planning on going mid-week, but the wife has other plans for me…

I can’t make it out till this weekend. I’m sure there will be a ton of boats out there then.

Guess it depends on how you define a ton…but nothing like you will see in the spring time.

Colors have been natural clear or white based…I always have what worked on the counter as a reference or starting point.

Nice report Ryan & good job on getting the string stretched by some Saugers, while sharing time with a friend.Hope to get down there again soon myself.Possibly Fri or Sat. depends on how many reports come in & how long I can stand not being down there.
