I thought I would post this here, because this forum is where our friends hang out

All the days Lindy spent in the camper with her laptop, while I was fishing with whom ever I could bribe to go with me have paid off. Friday evening she recieved her Master of Science Nursing Degree from the University of Iowa.

This she did while working full time, caring for a grandaughter, a large sneaky blackdog and a river rat husband, and maintained a 4.+ grade point!! I coulnd’t be prouder, so I thought I would share her accomplishment with our friends at the river. We always knew the hill people would make good someday

Hats off to you Lindy. That is a very large feather to put in your cap. You look very good in front of the gold pipes of Carver Hawkeye.

Who’s the guy in the suit?

Congratulations Lindy!!! That is quite an accomplishment, and its not from one of the “easy” places I see so many nurses get their MS from!!!

Way to go Lindy. And for some strange reason I can’t get the picture and song out of my head of Brian whistling
“If I only had a brain”.
That was mean Brian and I’m truly sorry for that.
