Don Hanson and I spent some time looking for sauger today. The action has slowed a bit for us compared with our last couple of outtings. We started above the Y and made a couple of drifts with some smaller fish coming to the boat, moved below the Y and got some nicer sauger. Super doos got most of the fish today. Chartruse pepper was a consistant color all day with sherbert, ice blue, white, and orange brown getting some fish also. Depths today ranged from 18′-24′. Here’s a shot of Don and a sauger.
