    Have open seat in the “Winter Beater” for a day on pool 2 tomorrow. (Friday) Send private if interested.

    Should be a pretty good bite tomorrow, can’t wait!

    Fishing is always good! The catching was pretty good too. Got a couple picture worthy. I’ll be down there tomorrow. Probably start south of the bridge and head up towards the airport around noon. See you out there.

    Jon J,,,, glad to see you had a good day today fishing….. and I am even happier to see that you posted about an open seat!!!! I love to see that!!! I personally have met some great poeple on the board that have done the same in the past…..

    Since I first moved to the area this is how I met poeple now that these last years have passed with this website….. I have really become good friends with some of the fellas from the board…. and it started from a post just like yours……. I hope others do the same in the future……

    Thanks! Spent the last two days fishing with guys I met on the board here. Both real good fishermen and a pleasure to fish with. I have also spent days on the water with several other folks from the board too. All good people in my book.

    You can never have too many friends, especially friends who fish. Hope to spend a day in your boat soon mavzer.

    It was nice to see several guys from the board on the water yesterday. Couldnt believe it was that nice in January! Fish we biting steady on Pool 2, not real fast action but one or 2 fish a pass. When they did hit-Quality fish!!!

    BTW: I thought that I had about a 6lb carp on. Jon J was nearby and nice enough to point out that it was a redhorse. It made me feel MUCH better.

    I was lucky and was able to use Jon’s invite on Saturday. I caught him at home minutes before he left for the ramp. It was a nice day for January 12th. A bit windy and it hit us hard at the airport. Jon had his hands full with boat control and did a great job. We did catch some fish and I even had a couple on a ring worm. Good to see DaveB and Mongo out also. We moved downstream later in the afternoon and found a few there also.

    Looks like winter is back to show us what things should look like for this time of year.
