Nasty Conditions on Pool 14

    Fished upper pool 14 Sunday morning for about 5 hours. Missed two hits, caught one 12″ smally and a sheepy… that was it. Very tough to get a jig or rig to bottom without fouling with grass/debri, and the clarity was deep chocolate milk.

    I had planned to fish 8-9 hours, but pulled up early and went home in time for a nap before watching the Purple put on the Slackers. At least that went well, IMHO!

    Yah i figured it had to be bad out there. maybe net weekend will be better if we dont get no rain. The river has already dropped almost a foot since yesterday. maybe next weekend will be better.
