What a perfect day to be on the water. Went to the 494 ramp early this morning with a sledge hammer and broke up the ice as much as I could. I then left to go pick up the boat, when I came back someone had dropped their plow blade on the edge of the ice and cleared the ramp completely out. Thanks a million to whoever that was!. Went straight north to the airport and had a ball catching huge sauger and fat, I mean fat, walleyes. I wish everyday was like today!!!
