today we got out early and tried fishing the morn. had very slow action in morn. Afternoon was a little better but not good enough so we went for the saugers. Caught plenty of saugers but not much size. We went back to walleyes at about 1. didnt do much until the snow and rain started. Once the snow and rain was falling did well on walleyes for about 1 hour, then they shut off again. Had eaters but no big fish today. also caught a 30 to 40 pound cat. 
did not have any more luck after that and we left just as it was getting dark.
