    Tough bite today. Two small saugers on plastic, jigging. One nice greeny trolling a wally diver in a current break. We had several rough fish. We worked wingdams and many current breaks pitching plastic with little success. My wife and I were spoiled in pool 4 last week for saugerama. It still was a wonderful day on the water.

    my buddy was still pulling them off the wingdams near credit island a few days ago….but i’m hearing reports of a few fish being caught at the slough….will start fishing the slough this weekend….warm sept kept them downriver longer.

    I’ll bet it was better than being at work. It’s just a month till we will back on Pool 4 !
