    New to river fishing. Just got my first boat. I will be the Captain instead of the fish catching deckhand. Any tips for getting on near Red Wing, Where to get bait and such. Looking at going out two weekends will it still be open at teh ramp. Any input will be much appreciated. Thanks.

    Click on the Everts resort banner at the top of the page and you’ll be set for access to pool 4!!
