Fish are putting the feed bag on pretty good!! Pretty fisty too!!!!
here is a 28 from last Tuesday. Healthy but not heavy.
Here is one from Saturday!! Getting heavy. We caught about a dozen eyes and this one was by far the heaviest but there is no doubt they have all put on some weight.
Oh yeah! Now we’re talking. I’m hoping to hit pool 2 friday afternoon. Thanks for the update. 
I’m guessing its the same fish that you caught last week and apparently she had nothing better to do than eat shad after shad for five days.
How was the pitching bite? Are they starting to take plastics or hair?
Indeed they are!
Pitching plastics took most the fish for me this weekend. Crank baits are doing ok too but no size. I had one 26″ take a crank last week otherwise everything on cranks has been 22 or smaller. Still catching fish though. Have not pitched any hair for a week or two so no info there.
Thats great news….pitchin plastics is my favorite way to catch em. Thanks for the great update and the pics.

I had a couple other ones that must have been camera shy but happy the chunky one sat still.
Did very well yesterday. lots of short fish (glad to see that) a 24″ and a 28″
Was out last night and caught 3 that looked like candidates for gastric bypass surgery. Water clarity looked great. Flow looked great. Was windy so I tried pitchin a blade to get down there. Gold worked. Wish this weather would hold a little longer.
