Finally got out this weekend camping with my son, his buddie, and his buddies dad. Great weekend camping. Great weather. Fishing eeh…kinda tough. Water like chocolate milk. Must have been alot of rain up river. Tons of grass floating. Boys wanted to swim and bury themselves in the sand, and try to chop down dead trees with an axe. Did get out for a bit of fishing. Five small walleyes (14″, 15″),one stryper, two large mouth bass, one drum, and two 3lb cats. All on lindys. Funny part, and true story about cats. I put on a big ole puerto rican pimp rig of a purple, tripple blade, twelve bead, crawler harness. And within a half hour…bam…bam… two nice channels! They really hit it hard to. Just smacked it! lol Moral is….”show a little bling! and you can get all the p…y, i mean cat! you want.
