Pool 14 Sunday.

    We fished for a few hours this morning, with the bite remaining slow. We did manage to boat 4 nice eyes a 25 incher was the biggest with 2 21 inchers and a 18 incher. 3 fish came off wingdams on cranks and one was on a gravel bar he bite a hair and plastic combo. Way to much eel grass coming down to troll, the clarity remains poor. Here is a pic of the 25 incher.

    Nice fish!! Do you bass fish on this pool @ all? I just moved to the area and love to fish for bass. I have been out on pool 14 twice with limited success.

    I do not bass fish the river much . I do know that this time of the year the Clinton dam area is a good bet . Fish the rocks by the dam and wood in the first cut below the dam. I hope this helps.
