What a nice day to be on the river. We fished from haycreek to the dam, anywhere we could stay out of the main current flow. myself and my son boated 25 fish, we had some 16 inch saugers, small saugers and walleye and my son caught his PB on pool 4 a 19 inch eye, fat male. we used plastic and hair with meat. the old split shot and hook with fathead minnow produced good also.great group of people out there on this day, thanks
Wow! Those are some of the best numbers on P-4 lately…you certainly outfished most others yesterday. 
Nice job, I agree that you did do better than most. We fished the Hay Creek area from 2:30 to 6:00 Friday afternoon. We boated about a dozen walleye and sauger and took 5 saugers home for the fry pan. Green w/pepper flake Superdoos on a 3/16 oz jig head was the hot bait for us. We did bang a couple on meat as well. A nice day to be on the water. The rest of the weekend looks like it will be miserable to be out in. Good luck everyone!
