    Here’s a couple of pics of a pair of dandy walleye… and a story about the big one that got away sent out to us from Steve “DeeZee” Dezurik, our EFN Pro-Staffer for Pool 2.

    In his own words….

    “Last Friday night was an incredible bite with ringworms and hairjigs. Had a 30 incher laying beside the boat for me, ready for the net and she shook one last time and out came the jig. Bummer, definately big fish time right now up here, with a host of 21-28 inch fish. It was quite a night!”

    Thanks for the pics and the little story. Its gonna’ be hard for us to feel sorry for you though given the two that didn’t get away!

    DeeZee, nice fish. That’s the way the majority of fish have looked this year…..FAT!

    Notice the size of the fishes head in relation to the body. Have had 24 inch fish with the head of a 19 incher. Freaky. The saugers have been plump too.

    Nice looking fish! Looks like someone is out having fun with one hec of a good tug on his line. Kinda makes us eat our hearts out hey Jon!
