I had an opportunity spend the day with on pool 4 with Lance Holmes AKA: Northeastern. Lance had the hot stick today he even caught the biggest fish pictured here
The Sauger bite is still going pretty good, Lance caught 3 eaters & several small saugers. All fish were caught on Super Doos, the hot color for Lance was pink.

    Pfluggy,
I heard Ryan ask “Are you if you were hungry yet?” I’m not sure he was cold, just hungry.

We talked to you as you were buttoning down the boat on our way home Saturday afternoon.

Crossin Eyes…..it was nice out when you weren’t movin but that darn Crestliner that Waterfowler has came with a defect ….no passenger console to hide behind.
So while he was hunkered down behind the windshield I was fortunate enough to experience the sheer joy of finding out what a 40 mph wind would have felt like at that temp a little chilly not bad though.
So when are you going to have a weekend free so Waterfowler and I can show you how to fish again??

I always tell my fishing buddies that when they pay for half of the boat then they can have a windshield. LOL

Try it Steve and you will ”always” be the one in the passenger seat with her driving behind the windshield!

I know I wouldn’t say that to my wife. It is too cold to sleep in the doghouse.

    Good one.
I guess that means Crossin Eyes and Waterfowler are both going to be owin me some cashola…when they ride with me they have a console to hide behind.

I thought about sitting backwards but Waterfowler was hunkered so far down I figured one of us better be able to see where we were going.

Who needs to see where you are going. You’ll slow down when you hit the rollers, that means it’s time to drift. LOL

Hey Tony, If you have a wife that loves to fish and even has her own boat then you found yourself one hec of a gal to be married to. Count your blessings! Thanks, Bill

Bill, We do have his and hers boats. The problem is lately that she’s been using the “his” boat more than the “hers”.. You are right though, I did find myself a keeper.

By any chance is ”her” boat bigger? If so then use hers. If hers is smaller then maybe its time for her to get a bigger one so ”you” can use it. Thanks, Bill

It’s not the size of the boat that counts, it’s how you use it.
