Reel Magic! I use it when night fishing in early spring and late fall. Spray it on your rods guides and also on the line around the reel. Try to do it before making your first cast. It seems to work a little better this way. It’s not a %100 cure, but it does help some JWB
Hey bigpike.. I wished I had something that worked great..the spray silicone that yellowdog said helps… I can tell you “Don’t slap your rod tips against the boat”…. Been there done that got short….real fast..
Took one of my rods to Mel at wild goose and had him change the first four eyes to bigger ones like the fifth, works great, just dont reel jig to tip or it can get through. Add a little silicon spray if ice really becomes a problem, 25 degrees. Works good at night or early morn.
