I’m the only idiot who drives to boat launches, and then to see Dean with no boat in tow..

No Mr Wallner…I was at two open water launches on the St Croix today. I think we both have it bad…and that’s a good thing.

Steve, I can’t spell coveville much less find it.

…and Dean, as long as your checking this thread….Order me up a St Croix 7′ Med Heavy, Fast Channel/Sturgeon Rod please.

I think I lost one someplace along the way.

That would be the Triumph series.

Wrong again mister. I have probably made more trips to Evert’s to bug Dean without the boat then I have with it. And most of the pool 2 action this year has been staring at boat ramps and praying for warm weather. So you need not feel all alone in your “idiocy”

Brian be a good guy and go check that out for me would ya.

What happens at Coville stays in Coveville.

    Your rod is here BK.

This winter has been a tough one up & down the river for us open water guys to get on.It is good to see access becoming a possibility up & down the pools.

What your saying is…your back is happy that it’s not chipping ice anymore. I hear that!

That launch has been open for 2 weeks or more as of yesterday the 27th of Feb.

I’m one of those idiots that drives to launches without a boat as well. I usually have my ice fishing gear with and my open water rods and box at all times during the winter. You just never know when you see that spot driving around to open water with no boat that you just may want to wet a line
