Well myself and two good friends of mine made it out this weekend. It was a cold and start saturday morning went out looking for some big girls with no luck.We fished till 1:00 and took abreak to switch up or plan.We also needed to warm up it was cold. The afternoon pick up for us we caught a great number of fish and also had some eaters . The vertical bite was best for us we fished from 12 to 20 foot of water. Using blade and hair jigs seem to work great. Also got out sunday morning and did well. The bite was not real fast but good. It was great to get out and spend sometime with my buddies and get some much needed fishing in. Also a big thanks to Dean at Everts.

Thanks for a report I was hoping someone got out today, I really wanted to go, but I’m still a little sick so I didn’t want to push my luck, sure seemed like it was going to be pretty nice.

    2 hours out of Everts… 3-5pm
    3 kids in tow (8yrold, 10 yr old, and a 55yr old)
    36F water temp
    22F air temp
1 fat keeper sauger (17.5″) and a few little dinks.

Not bad for my first time on P4.

I’m told the best is coming very soon…
