Prescott, Saturday, November 15th

    I fished the Prescott confluence area this morning for about 1.5 hours along with several other boats but didn’t have any luck there. I only saw two small fish get caught.

    I then dropped downstream and hit some wingdams and caught one 20″ walleye on a K-Grub. By the time I got back to Prescott around noon the ramp had really cleared out which makes me think the bite never did pick up under the bridges.

    Hit some wingdams… Maybe I should have said I fished some wingdams. I try to avoid hitting them.

    I was also there. Caught a couple small suager on lindies w/ fathead. One with jig and fathead. The bite was definately slow but a few fish were being caught. We decided to move up stream towards the dam Within seconds put a nice sauger in the boat and for an hour boated over 15 fish. Still fathead and lindy was best bet but green pepper supoer doo also produced. Water Temp was 38 were we fished, it was 44 at the Bluffs where we put in. If your not catching fish it pays to make a move.

    WE TOOK OFF 4HRS. FROM WK ON FRI,AND HEADED DOWN TO POOL 3.FISHED FOR 4 HRS.,THE PLASTICS HAD IT FOR THAT DAY ,MY FRIEND JIG/MINN. COMBO, ONLY GOT ONE FISH THAT WAY THE OUTHER 5 CAME ON PLASTICS. THE BITE STARTED OFF GOOD BUT DIED,NO EVENING BITE AT ALL?A FEW OUTHER BOATS CLOSE BY BUT THEY HAD JIG/MINN. ALSO AND ONLY SAW 1 GET CAUGHT.DID SOME STUFF TO GET YARD READY FOR WINTER SO DID NOT GET OUT ON THE WK. END . HEADED DOWN TO POOL 4 ON THIS WK.END HOPE THE WEATHER HOLDS.

    Pfluggy, What kind of Boat are you running? Seem’s I may have talked to you last week when I was launching and you were dropping someone off. I plan on heading to the riv. Wed. or Thur. Morning,I got stuck on Afternoons this week.

    RIGHT NOW I HAVE A DOMINATOR, WITH A 40 ON THE BACK AND A YELLOW LAB IN THE FRONT.WE GOT PUT ON 32 HR. WKS.SO I JUST MAY BE DOWN ON THURS.HOPFULLY ON FRI ,SAT IT’S DOWN TO POOL 4.I DONT THINK IT WAS ME YOU TALK TO, BUT I WILL BE LOOKIN FOR YA , WHAT BOAT DO YOU HAVE?

    Nope, Was’nt you. It was a lund. I’m in a Burgundy Crestliner with a for Sale sign on the motor. You planning a morning trip for Thurs?
