Perkins in Red Wing is a good bet as the place is open 24 hours and the food quality is at the very least, reliable. McD’s doesn’t open until 6 AM I believe. Not sure about hours on Liberty’s, they have a great buffet on Sundays, but parking down there can be an issue.
My vote would be for Perkins. Plenty of room for a boat and truck and if you need a couple gallons of hot coffee you can usually get the waitress to set you up for a wink and a smile!
