    Can you get a boat in by falling rock below # 9 or at Genoa? Anyone fishing those tailwaters?

    The Genoa ramp has not been plowed (as of last night) and the launch area is starting to ice over. If you were able to launch you could only go downstream, the area below the dam is iced over.

    Guttenburg was open yesterday.
