Pool 16

Did not have time to make it up to 14 today so we launched at Marquette street on pool 16 about 3pm. Very tough for us today!
We caught nothing but cats and drum on the wingdams. We did pull a 22″ and a short from a favorite summer low flow spot with cranks. Then went to work it with jig and crawler and pulled up a 12.5lb brute of a flathead. If it didn’t shake it’s head a few times I would have never known it was a fish. I thought I was snagged for sure or a smaller fish had me in the rocks! That was fun!
