Fish dam area or main lake Pepin 10-9 to 10-12

Bringing a group of 6 guys and 2 boats up 10-9 to 10-12 to primarily chase walleye. Only been to pool 4 once last March. We put in at Everts and fished the dam area down to Redwing. For the dates above am I better off fishing this area or the main lake areas? Thinking I’ll either book lodging in Lake City if the bite is still in the main lake or Everts or Redwing if the bite is up in that area. What would you guys suggest? Thanks in advance for any advice you can offer!
