I was on pool 14 yesterday (Thursday) and had no luck. 
The river was fast and dirty. I was going to say high also but that is a relative thing. I talked to number of others and no one was having any luck. There was a number of boats on the big bend by Cattail Slough and the only thing being caught were cats.
I also tried for crappie and bluegill and the only thing that I caught then were some trash fish called bass. They were all small so no big deal.
I will have to wait for next week to see if thing improve.
