Me and buddy Brian got out for a few hours this morning. First fish of the day was a huge dogfish, well over 30 inches. Second fish was a sheepie, and then she hit! Casting a blue/chrome Rattlin’ Rap just east of the railroad bridge, I nailed this 28 incher! Biggest fish of the year for me, and definitely worth the wait. The morning was gorgeous, as you can see from the background of the photo. After we put this one back, I scrounged up one more, about 17″, for dinner.
