Ecnook, being the autourity on Lynxville and Genoa any info would be much appriciated. Its Oct. and I try and get to Lynxville 2 or 3 times this time of year for some fall walleyes. Has the bite started at the Lynxville dam yet or are they still down river? Never been to Genoa but would like to try, is any eyes being caught there and where?

Well I haven’t seen much traffic up to the dam yet…I’m gonna do a drive by today and I’ll let you know what I see. I haven’t been out on the water lately but when I was most everything I was catching was still down stream… And as far as pool 9 I’ve been hearing reports of fish being caught around Deer Island, all the way up to Desoto Bay…And some eaters being caught off the float at Genoa too…
Things are going to be getting better all the time….

Thanks for your quick response, any further info is always appriciated, same goes for anyone familair with lynxville. I look forward to getting up there and would even look forward to fishing 1/2 day or full day with any of you.

Where is Deer Island? I’ve never heard of it and don’t see it on my map.
