Got out and enjoyed a sunny saturday with Graff and two other buddies. Started out below the high bridge. 14er right away with a few other bites. Moved up river closer to the city and found a nice break. Managed to boat a few nice saugers and the occasional walleye. Biggest walleye was a 22″. Plastics seemed to be key. Graff managed this big ole cat in the boat. That was pretty cool. Check out the pics.
Fished bass camp sunday, started off real slow with only one nice 16″. Moved locations and i started to pitch blades which prodcued two saugers back to back. Graff kept with his plastics and did well. Had to get out of the current and find some slack water…..
Hopefully the weather will brighten up….
