You guys get some really nice proportionate (huked on foniks werkd fer my!……..spelled that word wrong!) fish where you are. Ours get large but don’t look as nice as the ones you get. Ours look like those that are pictured in the provided link.

Sorry if my pants offend you Steve. I like to fish comfortably and I don’t believe that fishing is a fashion statement. If it was I would be a very poor example. All these big red floater suits that seem to be in style I just don’t find comfortable. I sold mine.

As for ‘slaying’ the walleye because I wear plaid pajama pants….???? ummmmmmm ya never know…….that could have been the difference! The guy taking all of the pictures was wearing jeans!!!

I’ll wear pajamas with poke-a-dots, stripes, plaids, and floral patterns all in one to catch fish like those! Where do I place my order?!?!

Although I normally fish in a tuxedo, I do own those exact same green and blue Jockey pants and can verify for the rest that they DO catch fish… even in a state that doesn’t have any fish.

Gianni, Good to hear from you! Take heart, my apparel challenged friend! Two fish and one rooster were sighted from a bridge by hunters wearing the Iowa pattern camo( solid green with pioneer logo) just this week…LOL !

Hey no problem Steve! Kinda figured you were.

Those fish were all caught within 100 feet of my dock. The lake is very deep. Average depth is 90 feet. Main forage is cisco. These walleye were caught on yamamato tube jigs. I always match the color of the jig to the bottom of the lake. I just go into shallow water, drop the jig to the bottom and look away. I look back and if I have to search for it then I know I have the color to use. Most all forage will camoflage itself to the type of water/bottom of the lake.

The lake is used for recreational boating and everyone figures it’s fished out. I love it when people give up and move on! It’s really nice that when my kids are old enough to reel they will get a fish of a life time.
