Well the Bass shut off like a switch at the end of the week and the walleye took up the slack. Minnesota slough clam beds was solid until water dropped a foot again. Walleye were easy when the water was 3.5 to 4.5 and now there is way to much water under 3 feet and we went from fish nearly every other pass to no fish period. The Fishing float area is giving up nice eaters everyday, but the bigguns don’t seem to have moved in yet. Bare Taylor Tackle Walleye Killers(1/4,3/8,1/2oz) or their Jiggn Minni(1/2 oz) are both consistant right now. Add live bait to any rig now and the 3 inch white bass, six inch saugers or sheepeies seem to get to them before anything decent does.
