My motor wouldn’t start monday morning when we arrived at Evert’s. After borrowing cables and a jump box from Dean we still couldn’t get it to fire up. Dean told me to take down to Bay City Hardware and talk to Dan. We took the boat down there and told Dan what was/wasn’t happening with it. After some tinkering around Dan found that my oil was low 
and my motor has a low oil shut off on it. So that combined with the cold is the reason we couldn’t get it to start. Dan added some oil hooked up a jump box to it, said some little chant and she fired right up 
So if you are ever down in Red Wing and have motor trouble go talk to Dan at Bay City Hardware. Oh and the fishing was slow to begin with, but picked up as the day wore on. Between 2 of us we caught 30 eye’s/saugers combined and took 5 eater eye’s home for the fry pan.
