Pics from Pool 4 – Piggies!

    Hey all,

    Had my truck broken into last night. Smashed windows, stolen cell phone, robbed of some of my favorite rods…. Thank god for awesome insurance coverage.

    I felt like [censored] until I saw this pic from earlier this week!~

    This particular photo is from the day referrenced in my last fishing report on the home page. The fall bite is in serious swing… we had 55 – 60 NICE fish including these piggies with the largest going 9 Lb’s on a digital scale. Big plastics shallow! From now until mid-december is when we see the best big fish bite on Pool 4 in my opinion. Lots of “numbers” too. Go fish…

    Sorry to here about your truck. My truck was broken into as well. I had two Vikings Tickets laying on the dash and they smashed the window right out , and put two more tickets right next to mine. Boy it’s tough being a Vikings fan .

    These guys didn’t leave me anything in return! Actually, the most frustrating thing to me was that they stole the spark plugs for my Yamaha HPDI that had been on back order! They took 5 of the 6 little plug boxes I had sitting on the passenger seat. Couldn’t believe that one!

    Oh well…. nothing there that can’t be easily replaced.

    Pretty Piggies!!!!!!!!!!

    Sorry about your truck and gear, there is always somebody out there that wants to spoil your fun.

    I was looking for a couple of those piggies today, with no such luck. I thought I did everything you told me, but nothing seemed to work. Big plastics netted me a 25lb. carp, with a bonus lamprey, hair jigs were good for some small sauger and a nice crappie, and 3 ways netted one 18 inch sauger.

    Oh well, will try again Saturday…

    Wow… 50 fish with those beauties. That’s the stuff dreams are made of. I want to fish out of your boat.

    I was out yesterday and managed one piggy and several nicer walleye off riprap.

    Unfortunately, it does appear to be major and will have to go back to Pinpoint. It’s really disappointing since I wanted to get back on the river again this weekend.

    sorry to hear about the break in. Some people just don’t give a hoot about other peoples stuff and have no respect for another person.
