    Was on the water by 7:15, beautiful morning, fished until 4:00. Not a bite until about 10:00, then it was consistent the rest of the day day. Saugers are hot right now with a few eyes thrown in. Enough decent size saugers for a meal, with LOTS of short ones to keep things hopping. I must have caught 30-35 fish today….probably my best day since buying my boat in January…..Gotta love a day off! Another long weekend coming up next week….I think I know where I will be!

    Way to go. I hope that it only keeps getting better.

    Give us some insight into what you were using for bait and what structure you were fishing.
