Pool 14 7-16

This one’s a bit delayed, but it looks like jigfan’s and John aren’t the only ones finding the big girls on pool 14. I went out with Speedtrollin’ on his boat early monday morning and hit the wingdams around the Albany area. Fishing was slow, but we did well drifting large nightcrawlers over the wingdams along the bottom, using a slip sinker rig. I caught my personal best ever, a very very chunky 26 1/4″ walleye! The only photos on my crappy phone, so nothing to post for evidence here. I also hooked up with an giant drum on the channel edge of a wingdam while trolling cranks. While not a big fan of the old drummies, it sure put up a heck of a fight!!

I’ll try and work on this project with “low-tech” to get it on here. My phone doesn’t talk to my computer, so I think I’ll have to shoot a digital photo of my phone screen and see if it turns out. My luck it will look no less real than a fuzzy bigfoot or nessy photo
