What a pleasent surprize

    Finally got to visit Everts Resort on Wednesday.The people there were as friendly as any place I have ever been to.I really mean friendly.The first man I met was Deans brother,who welcomed Me and explained that he was visiting and had kept Dean out fishing til 4am so Dean was sleeping.the gentleman working there ( forgive me I am terrible with names)took the time time to show several places to fish.he also showed me some things to look for while navigating.Next I met the local game warden who also told me of areas to fish.Several hours later while I was down river fishing a Ranger came to the area I was fishing in the front of the boat was Deans brother who then introduced me to Dean.As we kept passing each other Dean advised me what was working unfortunately I could not make it work.I caught a mixed bag walleye ,small,crappie and carp.
    I also met Brian there he naturally told of the great catfishing in the area.I will be back soon

    Sounds like you had a great time I apoligize to you for having to meet BrianK on your first trip down there Glad you had a good time and hope to see you around sometime in the future

    Yep Everrets is a a great place to stop at, Dean is always full of good info, bring some cookies next time and really get the fishing scoop

    Sorry to hear you met Brian, like the Berkley commercals say “Beware my friend Beware

    Oh boy, you met Brian? Bet first thing he asked about was if you had some cookies he could borrow! Did Brian finish working on that car port yet or is he still waiting for the battery packs to charge up–should be charged by now since it has been 2 days.
