I’m thinking of hitting the Stockholm area of Pepin for some walleyes on Sunday and hoping someone could point me in the right direction. Are they biting in this area? Anyone else going to be in this neck of the woods? If you have tips that you don’t want the world to see just send me a pm. I’m not after monsters just enough eaters for a fish fry. Thanks in advance. Steve

Fished pepin area today, started at about noon. All the people I talked to said not even a bite. One guy caught 2 small sauger’s. One guy gave me his bait, said he had enough waiting for a bite. I ended up goofing up netting a 20+” caught a 22.5″ and lost another that felt pretty good but I never seen it. One other 14,5″ and that was it. Again everyone said no fish, maybe I just got lucky { but that would be telling } Water is on the way up, watch for floating debri. Remember lake city waterski days. Alot of people out there be carefull. Good luck to you

Yep it just doesn’t get better than Domino’s on the water. I bet you guy’s didn’t know that you got free attractant with pizza. Make sure to give your local Domino’s a call. Our local store will meet us right at the landing so remember to program their number into your cell phone. Hey all you river guys Domino’s will deliver and meet you at Everet’s. Thanks Gary it was a good day on the water and heck we even caught some sheepies. Steve

    Leiny:

I can’t tell you anything about Indian Lake for next week yet, but if you really like pizza… you really need to go to Knockers on Dam Lake while you’re up north. One of the best pizzas in the Northwoods!!! The boss is my office assistant and her husband is a Stout grad!!!

Good job on the sheepies!!! By the way, I have got the word out for some info on Indian. Maybe we can meet for the pizza!!!

Some people have all the luck. Can you imagine catching your lunch on the river and when you get it in the boat its ”already cooked and ready to eat.” Thats what I call being pampered. lol. Thanks, Bill
